Guests will have full private access to the entire section of the home during their stay, including: • All 4 bedrooms • The loft with additional sleeping space • The living room + pool table / firepit lounge area • Fully equipped kitchen & dining area • Laundry room with washer & dryer • Driveway + designated parking areas 🏠 Property Layout (Important to Note) This home is part of a 4-plex building, but your unit is fully private inside. The backyard is technically a shared space, however: • The hot tub is exclusively for your unit — no one else uses it. • The other tenant only passes through the backyard briefly to access their own private entrance. • They do not share or use any of your amenities, seating areas, or outdoor features. Guests typically have the backyard to themselves, and the neighbor’s access point does not interfere with guest use. 🔐 Entry You will enter the home using a keyless smart lock. Your unique code will be sent prior to arrival for easy, contactless check-in. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
